At The BigBoss Store, we want you to feel confident in your beauty routine. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return new or gently used items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened and protective seals are intact where applicable.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
